Delivery
For informational and non-contractual purposes, and unless otherwise stated on the website, the Products will generally be manufactured, prepared, and shipped within 10 business days following the Order.
Lead times for customized orders may vary and will be discussed at the time of ordering.
Azimuë delivers to the following countries:
- Metropolitan France (including Corsica)
- European Union countries (27 countries)
I am doing everything possible to offer delivery soon to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and the French overseas departments and territories (DOM-TOM).
Returns
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
After sending a message to contact@azimue.com, products must be returned in new condition, unworn, unused, in their original packaging, protected, and carefully wrapped. The order number must be included inside the parcel.
Any returned Product must never have been worn, exposed to water, stored in a humid environment, damaged by various products or cosmetics, altered, scratched, or worn in any way.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to Products customized for the Customer.
